Agreement to Terms. Your access to and use of https://acefitnessok.com is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms in full.
Service Description. This Site describes Fitness Coaching, Group Personal Training, In-Home Personal Training, Online Personal Training, Private Fitness Training, Strength Training, Weight Training provided by Ace Fitness. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.
Account Conduct. Information you provide must be accurate. You must keep any login credentials private and report unauthorized use immediately.
Prohibited Conduct. You will not: violate any law, disrupt Site operation, gain unauthorized access, harvest data, transmit malware, or impersonate any person or entity.
Ownership. Ace Fitness (or its licensors) owns all Site content, including text, images, branding, and code. Reproduction without consent is prohibited.
Payments. Pricing for services is provided in writing prior to work commencing. Payments are due per the terms of your service agreement. Refunds, when applicable, are governed by that agreement.
Account Closure. Ace Fitness reserves the right to deny or revoke Site access at any time, particularly upon violation of these Terms.
As-Is Basis. https://acefitnessok.com is provided on an "as is" basis. Ace Fitness makes no warranty regarding completeness, reliability, or accuracy of information presented.
Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ace Fitness's aggregate liability arising from these Terms or your use of the Site is limited to the amount you paid Ace Fitness in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Defense Obligation. You will defend, indemnify, and hold Ace Fitness harmless from any third-party claim arising from your conduct on or in connection with the Site.
Choice of Law. OK law governs these Terms. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of OK, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
Changes to Terms. We may update these Terms periodically. Changes are effective upon posting. Continued Site use after changes means you accept the revisions.
